Welcome to my ACL Surgery Recovery Diary - Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstrution, which is all about my ACL related medical experiences between 2003-2004. Surgery can be a frightening experience. At the time of my injury I didn't know much about the procedure and I turned to the web for help. I found a resources on the web that helped ease my fears about going through an ACL replacement procedure.
The purpose of this website is to share my experience with others who are currently going through the same thing I did, whether they are currently in recovery or thinking about undergoing ACL surgery in the future. Hopefully this site will give people a better idea of what to expect both pre and post procedure.
