Breakdance - more commonly known as bboying - got it’s start in the streets of New York in the 1970s - where dancing battles were used as a positive and nonviolent way to settle disputes. Since then bboying has evolved as a dance and matured into a worldwide phenomenon - inspiring young people in virtually every country across the globe. Tonight, we’re here to help foster a deeper appreciation for bboying, share some photographs of Austin bboys, and demonstrate a move or two. Prev | Next
